Chilli Cauliflower

- Take one whole cauliflower and break into small florets.
- In a bowl, mix a three tablespoonfuls of oil (olive, vegetable, nut) with chilli flakes or powder, and then add and toss the florets.
- Heat a thick-based frying pan (without oil or fat), and then fry the oiled florets over a medium heat for five to ten minutes until crisp and browned on the outside and tender to the bite.
