Two bread-baking students - Paul and Aimee - are holding a hands-on bread baking lesson at Paul's house in Cowley. First, Paul will demonstrate the beginning of a sourdough loaf, using his own starter to make a lean dough. This one takes too long to be produced in a couple of hours. He will also show a quick enriched bread that can be made from start to finish so that everyone can make their own and take a loaf that evening to take home. Aimee will take everyone through an old-school New York bagel recipe, which I'm particularly looking forward to! | ||
